The garden of ÉTÉ restaurant at Foksal Palace

ÉTÉ opens in May and closes in September. For only five months a year you can spend time at one of Warsaw's least obvious addresses: the gardens surrounding Konstanty Zamoyski's Palace at Foksal 2. The gate stands one hundred metres from Nowy Świat, but once you step inside, the city disappears. We serve a singular blend of Polish and Neo-Slavic cuisine here, built around open fire and grill, under the sky, in a setting unlike anywhere else in the capital. In summer. Only in summer.

ÉTÉ hides in the gardens of Konstanty Zamoyski's Palace, a neo-Renaissance residence from 1877 designed by Leandro Marconi. The palace stands at Foksal 2, in Śródmieście, one hundred metres from Nowy Świat.

The garden of Foksal Palace is one of very few spaces in Warsaw that combine the prestige of an address, the privacy of a meeting and a garden in the middle of the city. We have worked with companies, law firms, cultural institutions and private banking since the day we opened.

Weddings in the gardens of Foksal Palace. One night, one address that remembers one hundred and fifty years of Warsaw celebration.

A wedding at ÉTÉ begins in the garden under the canopy of trees. An outdoor ceremony, cocktails under parasols, dinner at long tables with linen, dancing as twilight falls and two hundred candles are lit. Every wedding here is its own story. We work with each couple as if they were the only one of the season.
