Privacy policy

I. Data controller

  1. The controller of personal data is FELIX FUTURUM spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office at ul. Puławska 12/3, 02-566 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0000738099, NIP 5862333535, REGON 380692101), operating ÉTÉ restaurant at ul. Foksal 2, 00-366 Warsaw (the Controller).

  3. We process data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable data protection law.

II. What data we collect and why

  1. Reservations and enquiries. When you book a table or send an enquiry (dinner, corporate event, wedding, exclusive hire), we process the data you provide: name, e-mail address, phone number and message content. Purpose: handling the reservation and replying to you. Legal basis: steps prior to and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in communicating with guests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  2. Analytics and marketing. With your consent we use analytics and marketing tools (see section III). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
  3. Providing data is voluntary but necessary to make a reservation or receive an answer to an enquiry.

III. Cookies and third-party tools

  1. Essential. Ensure the basic function and security of the site. Always active, no consent required.
  2. Analytics. Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.), anonymous traffic statistics that help us improve the site. Enabled only after you give consent.
  3. Marketing. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) and Google Ads, used to measure ad performance and tailor content. Enabled only after you give consent.
  4. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you give consent, analytics and marketing tools do not store cookies for tracking purposes. You give consent in the cookie banner on your first visit.
  5. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" in the site footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings.

IV. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA

  1. Data may be entrusted to entities that support us technically: hosting, e-mail and analytics/advertising providers (Google, Meta), only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.
  2. Using Google and Meta tools may involve transferring data outside the European Economic Area. This takes place on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and other mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of protection.

V. Retention

  1. Reservation and enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and then for the limitation period of any claims.
  2. Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until consent is withdrawn. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

VI. Your rights

  1. You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it or restrict its processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
  2. For data processed on the basis of consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
  3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland).
  4. To exercise these rights, write to us at reservations@ete.restaurant.

VII. Changes to this policy

  1. We may update this policy to reflect changes in the law or the tools we use. The current version is always available on this page.
